HRC personalhuset maritime is owned by ISS, an international company with offices in 50 countries world wide. This gives us the opportunity to work across boards and nationalities effectively and systematically.

HRC personalhuset maritime is the leading maritime crewing company in Scandinavia based at Hareid, Bergen and Stavanger. This is a area with long maritime traditions. Today we have an active maritime environment with several major shipping and ship managements companies, as well as an active shipbuilding industry and several suppliers of ship`s equipment.

HRC has established contact with a large number of European maritime officers, DP-operators, engineers, electricians, crane operators, medic’s and other seafarers and rig personnel with nearly all kind of background. We will therefore be able to satisfy most requirements and conditions in terms of experience level, training and certificate requirements.

Our speciality is offshore operations such as FPSO, rig, diving vessels, pipe layers, subsea, ROV, seismic, anchor handling, platform supply vessels, shuttle tankers and cabel vessels.

HRC has also established contact with crewing agents in East Europe and Asia, and will on short-term notice be able to provide well-qualified maritime personnel from these areas to your Company if required.

Our customers are mostly Norwegian Shipping and Rig Companies, with technical advanced offshore vessels and installations operating world wide. These vessels/rigs request crew with a high standard of training and experience.

HRC can offer your Company full crewing, find stand-ins on short time notice or help you to fill permanent positions. We have also our own crew pool with DP-operators, crane operators, medic’s, electricians, engineers etc for hire, on both short and long term contracts.
